Meet Our Founder

Drucella Ranger

Founder & Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Drucella Ranger’s journey began in Jamaica, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education and began her career as a teacher. It was there that she discovered her passion for education and helping children grow. That passion inspired her to pursue a career supporting children with autism and their families through evidence based Applied Behavior Analysis.

After relocating to the United States, Drucella began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician, gaining valuable hands on experience working directly with children and families. Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, she earned her Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. Her education, clinical training, and experience have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to provide individualized, evidence based care that empowers children to reach their fullest potential.

As the Founder and Clinical Director of Lignum Vitae Therapies, Drucella’s vision is to build a clinician owned practice where every child is valued, every family feels supported, and every milestone is celebrated. She believes meaningful progress begins with trust, collaboration, and strong partnerships with the families she serves.
